Maintenance ended

Discord bots, API, and other functionality will be offline while database maintenance is underway.

Technical details - Accidentally marked the action field in the audit_logs table as an IntFlag instead of a IntEnum as it was intended to be. Need to address to reduce per log storage and standardize.

This will also change the field name from action into type to be more clear. This was originally named action due to Radon only storing warn, kick, ban logs. This is no longer the case since Radon is expanding towards all kinds of logs.

Maintenance has completed. Currently monitoring.
